The Site Shapes the Rental Plan

The Yard, Work Area or Event Space

The place where people will use the restrooms is the starting point for your call. Describe what is happening there, whether it is a renovation, a street fair, a backyard party or a wedding. Give the town and the address or describe the entrance to a lot or field. A rough description is enough to begin the conversation.

Explain who will use the restrooms and how long the work or gathering will last. Mention whether indoor bathrooms will be open and whether the site will stay occupied throughout the rental. Your service pro uses those details to discuss unit choices and the service arrangements suited to the expected use.

The Gate and the Ground

The approach to the pad matters as much as the patch where a unit will stand. Talk through the entrance, turns, parked vehicles and anything overhead. A truck route that works at the start of a project also needs to stay usable when materials arrive or guests gather.

Describe soft lawn, uneven paving or a tight driveway during the call. The delivery plan needs firm, level ground and space clear of moving equipment and traffic. For a cold-weather rental, discuss freezing conditions and the area reserved for plowing. Snow storage should not cut off the approach or cover the route to a door.

The Doors and Guest Routes

The space in front of the units needs to support entry, exit and waiting without blocking other paths. Your service pro will discuss standard units, accessible units, wash stands or a restroom trailer in relation to that space. Mention gates, steps and changes in ground surface along the walking route.

At a wedding or fair, explain where guests gather and how they reach the restrooms. At a work site, describe the building entrance and where equipment moves. Unit choice and placement should follow those movements. Discuss permission for the proposed location as part of planning, especially where the layout reaches public space.

The Scope and Rental Arrangements

The proposed pad, unit mix and expected use shape the rental scope. A portable restroom pro in our network will go over that scope and the price with you before placement. Discuss service visits, access during use and the arrangements for taking the units out. Ask how changes in attendance or project duration should be handled.

The Pad During Use and Pick-Up

The agreed truck approach and walking route need to remain open throughout use. Your service pro arranges placement and visits according to the rental plan. Contact your service pro if the ground changes, a gate becomes blocked or the project needs a different arrangement. Leave any movement of the units to the service pro. At the end, keep the agreed route clear for the arranged pick-up.
